You need to install the Remote NDIS driver in order to get USB tethering working: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4o0HezwLvz-ZHBLZ0tzLVVydVE/view . It should work on XP x64. Did not work. I tried installing the inf file through right-click method and via Device Manager, but USB tethering still is...
