Right. I think someone might answer this one here.

A year ago I was looking for ways to make stuff run with 4074 and stumbled into a guide.

The guide promises to "solve many compability issues" and make "XP programs and even drivers" work on 4074 by making it "appear as Windows XP"
I've attempted to follow and apply the guide (as a person who has no.. idk hexing skills?) and obviously failed.

There are patched system files below but links are dead.

I've asked forums here and there to find how to do this but I didn't get any proper answer. And then I've decided to abandon it.

And now, this morning I've realized I can try asking here because why not.

So anyone? Does this guide even work? I can attempt to bring the required files to whoever is interested in this topic.

yeah. its arguable whether if its worth the sacrifice imo

Heard about it not being that optimal; breaks far too much stuff for it to be worthwhile.
