Okay, so I have a machine with an i3 2100 and GT710 that I want Windows 7 on. I only have a Windows 10 ISO and Windows XP Disks+ISOs. I installed Windows 10 on it thinking I could back up and restore to Windows 7, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Any ideas???

The Windows 10 is activated because my main PC is activated and it seems to sync across all PCs on my email.

[Wasn't sure whether to put this in the Win10 or Win7 thread...?]

So, unless you have some weird ass KMS setup, do the illegal, or have a key, Windows 7 will be unactivated.

Just grab the ISO, slap it on a USB, install it, profit.

I migrated from XP x64 to W10 (due to new laptop) in 2015 and in 2020 switched back to W7 SP2.
I'm still using XP & Vista on older laptops (there are no better OS than XP-W7).
