This is .NET Runtime AIO, an AIO installer of all .NET Runtime versions currently.

The installation is the same as Visual C++ Redistributable Runtimes All-in-One, but uses "SilentSetup.cmd" as its installer.

V2 is same as V1 but it's promotion is different:

This is open source, meaning you can edit the "SilentSetup.cmd" batch file there and change its promotion depending on what you promote there, or even add the latest version of NET runtime there!

I was gonna laugh at this since early runtimes have specific OS releases, but the modern runtimes actually are decent. This has some practicality.
